We honor all of the warranty policies of our suppliers. Defective items may be replaced or repaired, according to the manufacturer's policies or guidelines. In some cases, customers must contact the manufacturer's customer service department themselves. Contact us for more information on a specific product. Note that a return under warranty cannot be refunded, only replaced.

If you are not satisfied with your order, Gyva Boutique du bureau can refund or exchange the items ordered. Items must be intact, in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
The costs related to the return of the goods are assumed by the customers except:
• if the item is faulty
• if we made a mistake in the order.
In these cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the goods from your home or office. We will bear the cost of ordering the items we replace.
