Free delivery- conditions

We deliver anywhere in Canada. Free delivery is offered in Quebec only for all orders of $75 or more, excluding taxes. Outside Quebec, delivery charges will be applied to your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Consumer orders are generally delivered by our carriers using regular parcel delivery service. Unless an item is out of stock, we ship orders the next business day. Delivery times depend on the regions and generally vary between 2 and 7 days.

You will receive an email notification that your order is being prepared. This email also includes your invoice.

If no one is available at your home at the time of delivery, some carriers will leave a card indicating the drop-off point where you can pick up your package. Pay attention to the time indicated on the card, it is generally not possible to pick up the package at the drop-off point on the same day. Other carriers will instead attempt a second next day delivery or drop off your package in a safe place.

Orders to business customers are delivered by our own drivers, usually the next business day or according to our region's delivery schedule.

Credit card billing

Your credit card is debited after the validation of the order. No additional costs will be charged to you without your approval. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address

Order fees

A fee of $9.99 is applied for all orders under $75, excluding taxes. Order preparation fees are applicable to certain items whose weight or size exceeds the standards of our carriers. We will contact you if additional costs are required for your order (ex: safe, armchair, desk, paper box, large format board, etc.).
